Candy Crush

This is not about Candy Crush- THE GAME as you guys must be thinking (ohhhh, I see the game fans leaving my blog, no worries :D)
It's about my latest obsession over candy colors. After months of search for a 'coral cotton blouse' I gave up and settled for a close family color- candy: happy to have made the right choice!

Bought this candy pink blouse from Bossini, a week ago and I'm totally in love with it. Besides the fact that it is totally summer-friendly material, it has hints of golden in it and is a hybrid of blouse + shirt. I noticed the high-low hem after I bought it home.. *was oogling at the color, sigh!*

Yeah! Yeah! I'm wearing the same old boring 'mango' pants but what to do:
1) I have a thing for color-blocking

2) I loved the similarity in texture of both

 

 

I realized I haven't shown these shoes to you before, or have I? I haven't tagged them anywhere. Nevertheless, here they are. My sole friend for the last few weeks. I love them, and how! Be it an Indian attire or an LBD, I love pairing these pop yellow flats with everything. So you can officially say that yellow is my go-to color this month!

 

 

 

A jewellery can lift an otherwise boring outfit, I should know! This adorable piece of bracelet is from Choies. Loved it as soon as I saw it on their website. I had wanted to have a charm bracelet and this was the perfect addition to my I-don't-wear-it-but-like-to-have-it-anyway collection.

I did wear it though!

Land of Beauty, Shimla: Part I

India is a land of beauty; a land where a Gujarati and Kashmiri celebrate Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Christmas and all the festivals you can think of. We just like to celebrate happiness and spend time with our families :)

In mid october, I visited a beautiful city in North India called, SHIMLA!!! Its a peaceful place with hills, scenery, peculiar flowers, mall road, food and much more..

The Toy Train travels through approximately 130 tunnels and is made in between hills! It takes approximately 6 hours to reach Shimla from Kalka. So I had nothing better to do than click pictures from my New Camera :D

Graduation Day and Blog Award

Hello Sweethearts. How is everyone doing?

The past few days have been super-busy for me because of blogging and internship at an accessory design company. Did I tell about the latter? Ooopss.. Yes.. I'm an intern at a NYC based company. It has been amazing so far! :)

* I was writing this post and everything was complete when I started the 'Blog redefining look' and Wooosh.. the post didn't save, net gone and my post gone.. So I am writing whatever I remember :P *

So as promised, here is my Graduation day *Special Moments* post :) My parents couldn't make it as it was a weekday; nevertheless, I enjoyed with my friends and teachers :) Take a look..

I did this Nail art the night before the G-Day.. I wanted a crackle nail polish for so long.. Finally I made it on my own with the help of a newly bought Black Nail art Pen.. Do you like the results? :)

MANGO MAGIC

Bonjour Madame/Monsieur :D

okay! So I can't converse in French; just learnt a few words! SO how have my crazy people been? GOOODD???? Great!! :)

As always, I try to be in my BEST mood when I make a post OR I make it when I'm in my best mood so that you guys have a near about good time reading it :)

So, my Birthday is coming.. Yip Yip Yipppe.. It's on 13th of August!!!!! I know, I'm very early in announcing it but now the significant time starts :D . You ask why significant? I'll do lots of shopping now!!! You can already see my first purchase here, MY FIRST MANGO DELIGHT! Umm as in purchase.

About the shirt- As soon as I saw this color, I fell in Love with it. And As soon as I wore it, my parents fell in love with it as I was glowing :D Yes! There are some colors which make you appear brighter and prettier and those should be flooding your wardrobe and not always Blacks and Whites.

Now, I don't wanna bore you any more.. Many people would have skipped my blabbering and would be looking straight at my pictures.. Hahaha.. I don't mind, as long as I get sweet comments :)

I also got these mango magazines after the purchase! I was ecstatic to see Kate Moss and all the Lovely Mango Apparels. One question though: don't you think that it is overpriced? Every item was above 1,000 INR.
